On behalf of Ontario's 14 Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs), Health Shared Services Ontario (HSSOntario) coordinates a centralized provincial prequalification and qualification process for home and community care service provider organizations.
SERVICE PROVIDER PREQUALIFICATION
All service providers who provide home care or medical equipment and related supplies must first complete a prequalification process. The prequalification process is for new service providers and service providers who may have completed prequalification in the past, but do not have a current contract with a Local Health Integration Network.
HSSOntario posts a Request for Prequalification annually in June on OntarioTenders.BravoSolution.com and publishes the resulting list of successful applicants.
See the current list of prequalified service providers (PDF).
RENEWAL OF QUALIFIED STATUS
HSSOntario posts a Request for Qualification annually in June on OntarioTenders.BravoSolution.com to renew the qualified status for service providers that currently hold LHIN contracts. It is important that qualified service providers update their contact information whenever it changes by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
