HOME AND COMMUNITY CARE PROVINCIAL ACCESS PHONE NUMBERS
310-2222 (CCAC) and 310-2272 (CASC) are the CCAC provincial access phone numbers, in English and French respectively, providing easy access to community and health information for those who prefer the telephone or do not have access to the Internet. Staff have specialized training in information and referral services as well as first-hand knowledge of health programs in their specific geographic area.
These phone numbers will remain the go-to number across the province for individuals and families looking to access community and health information.

thehealthline.ca is a portal to 14 regional online directories providing over 40,000 listings of community and health services. The online directory provides accurate, up-to-date, and diligently maintained information using strict criteria. With over five million user sessions, thehealthline.ca is a reliable resource for patients, caregivers, primary care and health service providers.
HEALTH CARE OPTIONS
Health Care Options offers information and links about local options to get health care in Ontario. It includes a medical services directory of walk-in and after hours clinics, urgent care centres, and family health care providers. You can search the directory by location and type of services.
HEALTH CARE CONNECT
Health Care Connect is a program run by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care to help Ontarians without a regular family health-care provider find one in their community. The program identifies doctors or nurse practitioners who are accepting patients and links them with people who are in need of a family health-care provider.
